Custody Helpers is designed to walk you through the custody process from start to finish without a lawyer.  However, if you have a complex custody case that is not addressed by Custody Helpers you should contact a lawyer.

Yes.  The other parent’s lawyer uses the same information that is contained in Custody Helpers.  

No. Custody Helpers is designed only for use in Pennsylvania custody cases. 

There are some specific rules that apply to grandparents seeking custody that is not addressed by Custody Helpers.  Therefore, Custody Helpers is not recommended for grandparents.

Custody Helpers was developed by a successful custody law firm that uses the same information contained in Custody Helpers to handle their custody cases.
